What needed solving
Many smaller organisations know that AI matters but cannot tell whether their immediate constraint is leadership, data, systems, tooling, skills or a clearly defined use case. Lead magnets often add friction before offering anything useful.
How we're building it
We designed a no-signup, client-side tool suite for non-technical business owners: a 20-question readiness assessment across six areas, an ROI calculator, use-case finder, jargon buster and a guide to choosing between generative, predictive, agentic and conventional automation. Every result ends with a practical next step rather than a sales wall.
What we learned
Trust is stronger when the first interaction gives a useful answer without requiring an email address or sending assessment responses to a server. The readiness gauge also gives the product a clear visual language that makes progress and uncertainty legible.
What we are testing next
Which assessment signals are most predictive of a successful first AI project, and how can the tool recommend a proportionate next step without pretending to replace discovery work?
