What needed solving
SME leadership teams are often asked to make an AI investment decision before they have a shared view of readiness, useful opportunities, expected return or the architecture required to deliver it.
How we're building it
We built a free browser workspace that connects regional transformation context with an AI pulse, system-flow whiteboard, app architect, ROI calculator, strategic roadmap and persona-aware consulting surfaces. Generative features use a bring-your-own Gemini key, so the platform does not hold customer keys or pay inference costs on a user's behalf.
What we learned
The most useful strategy product is a sequence of connected decisions, not a single chatbot: assess the starting point, model the opportunity, sketch the system, then turn it into a phased delivery plan.
What we are testing next
How can the strategy workspace hand its outputs directly into a reusable Simam blueprint or an enterprise agent delivery plan without losing assumptions and provenance?
