What needed solving
Digital-presence projects often begin with a promise of fidelity before establishing who supplied the reference material, how it is handled and what the system is allowed to generate.
How we're building it
SimamTwin3D starts with multiple reference images, practical capture guidance, file hashes and a visible audit record. The foundation is designed to make consent and traceability part of the workflow before more expressive generation is considered.
What we learned
Fidelity is a technical goal; consent, retention and provenance are product requirements. A safer capture layer creates a stronger basis for virtual production, accessibility and branded-character research.
What we are testing next
Which consent, retention and identity-consistency checks should be completed before any digital-presence generation feature is tested with real people?
Where it is
- 2026Multiple-reference capture flow and guidance prototyped
- 2026Hash-based audit record added for repeatability
- NextDefine consent, retention and abuse-testing requirements with appropriate reviewers
